Bhí seachtain den  chéad scoth againn i Mí an Mhárta ag ceiliúradh Seachtain na Gaeilge 2024. We had a fantastic week in March celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge 2024. The school was a hive of activity with quizzes, bingo and céilí dancing. The annual Feis na Scoile was also held during Irish week. The judges were very complimentary of the participants and the high standard that was set. Holly was awarded this cup as the overall winner of our annual Feis which takes place, annually, during Seachtain na nGaeilge. Congratulations also to Agnesa  and Lorant, who were second and third overall. The standard of spoken Gaeilge in the competition was very high and all our participants were exceptionally well prepared and performed brilliantly. Well done to all the pupils and teachers for their preparation, participation and engagement.

Many thanks also to Comhairle na nDaltaí, the student council who organised and hosted quizzes for 5th/6th classes. As always, the student council used their wonderful leadership, teamwork and organizational skills to deliver an event that was enjoyed by all.
